How Will Trident Find the Right Tenant for My Property?

Our in-house handyman services also allow us to provide quick response times and competitive pricing for many routine maintenance needs. Most importantly, our service providers are dependable professionals who will treat your property and tenants with care and respect.

What’s Included in Trident’s Property Inspection Services?

Regular inspections help protect your investment and identify potential concerns before they become costly problems. Trident conducts an inspection when a tenant provides notice to vacate, a complimentary inspection when the tenant moves out, and a move-in inspection with each new tenant. We also offer an annual comprehensive property inspection, ideally scheduled around the anniversary of your property management agreement. For $125 plus HST, you’ll receive a detailed written and photographic report documenting the condition of your property and identifying any maintenance items that may require attention.
